First thing I check when someone calls about low water pressure out here in Kau is their water filters. It’s something newbies tend to overlook when they move into their new home. Water filter replacement is an ongoing maintainance chore, if ignored it will cause low water pressure.
The filters collect debris and over time will restrict the flow of water,  reducing your water pressure significantly.

I replace my filters when I notice a drop in water pressure while I’m showering, about once a month. I replace both the sediment and the charcoal at the same time.
